COMPANY BACKGROUND

Tadesse Desta Business Group (TDBG) is one of the seasoned and prominent Private companies in Ethiopia. It incorporates Four legal business entities namely; Tadesse Desta Import /Export, Aztad Industrial and Trading PLC , Azeb Tadesse Coffee supplier and TADAB Building material & Trading plc. Under its umbrella. It engages in import/export, Labeling, printing & Packaging, transport and manufacturing business.

Currently, Tadesse Desta Business Group has a diversified business activity among which is in the original endeavor of the coffee processing and export, with export destination of  USA, Middle East , Europe, South Korea and China; TDBG has diversified on the supply chain with Coffee roasting to Buku Highland coffee production. In addition, TDBG is in the development stage of a Labeling, printing packaging which has commissioned lately.

We are looking for highly motivated & qualified professionals for the Corporate Business Development Senior Officer. 

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct market and industry analysis across local and international markets 
• Identify new business and investment opportunities
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer demand
• Develop research tools, surveys, data collections, and feasibility studies
• Support market expansion and business growth 
• Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations 

Salary: -Negotiable;
