Our company is seeking a qualified Organizational Development Consultant to review, assess, and finalize our existing organizational structure. The consultant will evaluate reporting relationships, departmental functions, job roles, and organizational effectiveness to ensure the structure aligns with the company's strategic objectives and supports future growth.

• Review the current organizational structure. 
• Assess reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities. 
• Identify overlaps, gaps, and inefficiencies. 
• Recommend improvements based on organizational best practices. 
• Facilitate discussions with management and key stakeholders. 
• Finalize the organizational structure. 
• Develop or update job descriptions where necessary. 
• Submit a final report with recommendations and implementation guidance.
