Our school is seeking a qualified and responsible individual for the full-time position of Kindergarten (KG) School Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall strategic leadership, effective management, and the day-to-day administration of the Kindergarten Division. 

  1. Job Summary:

The School Director is responsible for the overall strategic leadership, effective management, and day-to-day administration of the kindergarten Division. The Director ensures a safe, stimulating, and high-quality learning environment in line with the vision and values of Seed International School Networks and the requirements of the Pearson Curriculum.

  1. Key Responsibilities

2.1. Strategic Leadership & School Culture

  • Provide visionary leadership, establishing and communicating the school’s mission, values, and goals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative school culture among staff, students, and families.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s strategic and improvement plans.

2.2. Curriculum & Academic Excellence

  • Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Pearson Curriculum, ensuring alignment with international standards and local requirements.
  • Monitor and support instructional quality and student progress through classroom observations, data analysis, and regular reviews.
  • Coordinate internal and external assessments; use results to inform teaching and learning.
  • Promote innovative, student-centered teaching methodologies and differentiated instruction.

 

2.3. Staff Management & Development

  • Lead the recruitment, induction, supervision, and appraisal of all teaching staff.
  • Identify professional development needs; organize and support training and capacity-building initiatives.
  • Encourage teamwork, accountability, and a culture of ongoing learning.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and support teaching and non-teaching staff

2.4. Student Welfare & Safeguarding

  • Ensure robust policies and procedures for health, safety, and child protection, adhering to local and international best practices.
  • Oversee student admissions, attendance, discipline, and overall wellbeing.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to student behavioral, academic, or welfare concerns.
  • Encourage student participation in academic, extracurricular, and civic activities.

2.5. Operational Management

  • Ensure accurate records, documentation, and compliance with Seed International School Networks policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the implementation of school policies and procedures.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including budgets, timetables, school facilities, and procurement.
  • Oversee the day-to-day activity of the school.
