Job Description

The Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the organization’s products, services, and brand. The role focuses on increasing visibility, generating leads, supporting sales activities, and enhancing customer engagement through both online and offline marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.

2. Digital Marketing

Manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).

Create and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions).

Support website updates and content optimization.

Run and monitor paid advertisements (if applicable).

3. Branding & Communication

Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations.

Coordinate public relations and promotional activities.

4. Lead Generation & Sales Support

Generate and follow up on marketing leads.

Support the sales team with marketing materials and client communication.

Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.

5. Reporting & Analytics

Track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion data.
