Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated General Nurse/ER Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality nursing care, assessing patients’ health conditions, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. For the ER Nurse role, the candidate will provide rapid assessment, stabilization, and emergency care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate should be able to make sound clinical decisions, prioritize patient care effectively and remain calm under pressure while delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor health status, and accurately document findings.

  • Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and other prescribed treatments safely and effectively.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.

  • Monitor patients’ vital signs and promptly report significant changes to the attending physician.

  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.

  • Deliver emergency nursing care, including triage, stabilization, and resuscitation of critically ill or injured patients in the Emergency Department.

  • Operate and monitor medical equipment to ensure safe and effective patient care.

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records.

  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.

  • Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols, patient safety standards, and quality improvement initiatives.

  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.

  • Ensure the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to medical emergencies while maintaining composure in high pressure situations.

  • Participate in staff meetings, continuing professional development, and mandatory training programs.

  • Uphold ethical nursing practice, patient confidentiality, and the values and policies of the hospital.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Nursing Supervisor or Hospital Management.

 The working condition will be office or shift as per the hospital demand
