About the Role

Digaf Microcredit Providers S.C. is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Growth Marketing Officer to support the Marketing Manager in accelerating customer acquisition and business growth. The successful candidate will monitor the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns, measure conversion into customers and loan disbursements, identify best-performing channels, and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize marketing return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media, digital, outdoor, and mass media marketing campaigns.
- Measure campaign conversion into customer enquiries, applications, approvals, and loan disbursements in collaboration with Operations teams.
- Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular marketing dashboards and reports.
- Identify best-performing campaigns, channels, and promotional activities, and recommend improvements.
- Capture lessons learned and develop best practices for future marketing initiatives.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Create and coordinate engaging digital content for social media and other digital platforms.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth targets.
