Job Description

As a Kindergarten Teacher at Ethio Excellence Academy, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to children and parents as necessary.
  • Facilitate group activities that promote teamwork, communication, and social skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and staff to enhance the educational experience.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
  • Organize and participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate student records and documentation as required.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
